Instructions - how to do the installation of PPR pipes Jakko
Installation of polypropylene pipes and fittings is a socket welding.
You'll need:
- pipes and fittings of the required diameter;
- scissors;
- welding machine in common iron.
It is important to know that polypropylene cannot be mounted at low temperatures.
That is, the room should be warm. When mounting in the winter, the room must be heated. Before installation, pipes and fittings should be kept for at least one hour in a warm room.
On the welding machine we install nozzles of the required diameter and turn on the machine in the common people "Iron" for heating. The temperature on the iron is set to 250-300 degrees, depending on the diameter. When the set temperature is reached, the indicators of the welding machine turn off - this means the machine is heated.
We take the fitting and the pipe and insert it into the nozzles. Plastic begins to melt, and the sides are formed. Depending on the wall thickness and the diameters of pipes and fittings, the heating time may vary:
We take out the pipe and fitting and insert it into each other.
It is important that the cooling of this joint takes place without mechanical stress.
Let our joint cool to room temperature.
Installation is ready.
